Powerbars for the meals? |
I want to change the habits of eat junks and crap. I tried out Powerbar Performance Peanut Butter and they tastes so good than chocolates. I was wondering if i could change my habits from meals to only fruits/vegetables with powerbars. Will this help my health be good and lose some weights? I thought powerbars are realy good because it got all the vitamins that individual foods dont obtain that much. For example, the Powerbar performance Peanut Butter, this one got Viatmin C 100%, Calcium 30%, Iron 40%, Vitamin E 100%, Thiamin 100%, Riboflavin 100%, Niacin 100%, Vitamin B6 100%, Folate 100%, Vitamin B12 100%, Biotin 100%, Panthothenic Acid 100%, Phosphorus 35%, Magnesium 35%, Zinc 35%, Copper 40%, Chromium 20%, and Chloride less than 6% I wouldnt suggest replacing powerbars as meals. Sure they got a lot of good vitamins and minerals but they lack many things as well like antioxidants just to name one. Only do it if it is your last resort. you still need protien and other things like fat |
