I am Worried about having neuropathy and HIV?

i been having shooting pain all over my body for 3 mths now and its really irritating my neurologist say its nothing and told me its anxiety but i have been feeling the shooting pain everyday, abt a week ago till now i have been having on and off diarrhea sometimes my feaces are ok but alway after lunch or dinner i have to control myself to go to the toilet to have it all out out i also get cramps before i finish my lunch ....i have been tested for hiv and its negative my neuro has ordered some blood test:

1)full blood count
2)liver panel
3)calcium
4)renal panel 1
5)Glucose
6)thyroid
7)Folate
My neurologist has not called me back so i am not sure of what to do anyways here are my symptoms for the last three mths after withdrawing blood for hiv:

1)shooting pain all over the body (Pins & needles)
2)pain behind the ears (sensitivity to sound)
3)muscle movement
4)diarrhea
5)itchy all over the body
6)gassy stomach
7)bloatedness
8)cramps in the stomach

Your neurologist has ordered some general investigative tests but no follow up appointment? -it would be inappropriate over the phone. Check to see if you can have an appointment.
When your healthcare gets tough going, your GP has to be your best friend and should be the coordinator of your health. Go back to your GP and discuss. Assuming you are a diabetic you could also see your endocrinologist.
Your symptoms are not consistant with HIV but then there are no consisitent symptoms of HIV. Your symtoms suggest a lot of worrying so it would be best for you to be diligent about following it up and resolving the issues so that you can move on.
Ps The nueropathy associated with HIV is due to anti-HIV drugs not the virus and concentrates on the periphery (hands & feet).

some of those symptoms sound like an allergic reaction to food or dairy. Itchy, gassy, cramps, diarrhea--all could be due to lactose intolerance. Try cutting out all dairy for a couple of weeks and see if those symptoms go away.

Get tested for Celiac disease. Many people with diabetes also have Celiac.
Look it up on line for more info.
Good luck.
