Shortness of breath but why do I have it - what are the causes?


Hi, I have shortness of breath regularly these days and here are some characteristics about me to help you answer my question of why this happens?

I don't:
-Drink
- Drink caffeine
- have asthma
-smoke
-eat too much take away fatty food
- am not overweight actually 155cm and weight 57kgs.
-do not do any sport apart from gym sometimes

But I do:
- have anxiety (only meant to have shortness of breath in panic situations so its not this reason)
- eat other types of take away
- exercise 1-2 times a week
-sleep around 7 hours a night
-drink water (not enough)
- I have felacemia
-taking tablets for my low folate (red blood cells)
- my cholesterol is 5.2 only

Can you please explain why I would get shortness of breath, this causes me to think of my anxiety and is very awkward. It comes and goes but I notice I breath really fast sometimes and not at the right pace.

Any ideas and how can this be fixed?

there is no true answer that yahoo can give you but to check that up with your doc.

The cause is Anxiety or any medications you take that you do not know that you are allergic to. You may wish to consult a hospital or your physician when this happens.

there are lots of things that can cause shortness of breath so i think you should see a doctor

More cardio.
