Fluid retention or not enough fluids??? |
for over a week now my ankles have the tight swollen feeling of fluid retention, but didnt look swollen, tyesterday, my right ankle did finally show definite swelling and this morning my feet were quite swollen and even my hands began to feel the tight burning that had started in my ankles. the only thing is...i am getting charley horses all over my body, which is a sign of not getting enough water. i drink about a gallon of water a day and eat very little salt. i even tried a lasix...but no extra pee. i am confused I think you need to see a doctor, really! You could have kidney problems? But I don't know, so please see a doctor, sounds serious, k? |
