Fluid leaking from belly button area? |
For the past two years or so I have had abit of a problem where a clear fluid seems to buildup in the tunnel which leads to my belly button, and I'm not sure why its doing that, I feel no pain around the area, nor is it red or looking as though theres an infection taking place but it still has me a tad worried, I went in to see a doc awhile back and he did some scan thing on me to check for internal bleeding and found nothing, so that strikes me as even more odd, the fluid that leaks tends to have a rather displeasing smell to it.. and as I said before its clear.. what could be causing this?.. never had any periceings in the area, although afew years back someone tried to lift me up in a rather rough manner, and in the process I think they did some damage.. (at that time it caused my belly button to bleed abit, was when i went in to the hospital to get checked out) all they did was put me on some antibiotics and sent me home i would go see an internal medicine dr for a second opinion. keep looking for a good dr until you find someone who will actually treat you. it seems like the injury has never fully healed. so i would get some real help before you do have serious problems because this is not normal. |
