Excessive fluid from under my toungue when i wake up and stomach discomfort - any ideas?

Stomach discomfort started ...3 days ago. dull...a mix between feeling hungry, getting punched, and gassiness. yesterday morning, then again this morning, i woke up to having tons of fluid coming out of my mouth, and it felt as if it was coming from the back of my jaw, if that makes any sense. it wasnt normal saliva...maybe glandular in nature?

because it needs to be said: non-smoker, non-drinker, not on any meds, been taking some advil (about twice a day). had a small bowel movement yesterday, not the day before (which is normal for me). very rarely do i ever have gas pains.

the stomach could very well be just gas, though it doesnt feel strictly like gas (location of discomfort is central-mid abdomen area). like i said, it feels like im hungry/gas/being punched. curiously, eating a Big Mac helped for a couple hours, though it might have been a coincidence

the fluid in the mouth is more concerning. makes me feel like im going to throw up, but it doesnt happen

You need to go & see your doctor.Good Luck

GET HELP!!!!

Sounds to me as though you maybe suffering from an ulcer whether that be in your stomach or oesophagus. Go and see your GP as it could be more serious then that. Also is the fluid taste like you have been sick, regurgitated, or does it feel a pus like fluid. Have you a sore throat, been having high temps? It could also be a viral thing thats going around too.
Still if your concerned go and see your GP.
