Problem in conceiving due to free fluid?

My wife recently has gone through the laparoscopic surgery and ovarian drilling for removing ovarian cyst and for ovulation.
Last month she went for IUI, had endometirum size as 7.7, but had free fluid around uterus. My motile sperm during IUI was 7.7million. But the first IUI failed and during the ultrasound on the second day this time the fluid is still there. Can anyone tell us what can be the reason of the fluid and what can be the remedy? Does the fluid create problem in conceiving? I
