After 1 month of TB treatment, my X-Ray showed fluid in the right pleural cavity.?

I wanted to know whether the fluid is related to mucus/pus.
Here is what my report of Chest Sonography says:
Thickness of fluid : 7 to 25 mm
Amt of fluid : around 150-175 cc
Fluid shows presence of multiple septae and loculations.
Pleura thickening : 2 to 4 mm
There is no mass seen.
My doctor said the amt of fluid is little and also thick and so cannot be removed. But he said , if it increase, he will remove with a needle through some procedure.
I am a bit worried about the fluid.Is it dangerous?
Also, what exactly should I take/avoid in my diet for both TB and Pleurisy.
I am taking treatment for the last 1 month(with 5 more months to take)

I would also like to know what possibly could the thick fluid indicate ?

no need to worry . it happens during the course of pulmonary TB [lung T B ] IT RESOLVES ON ITS OWN . KINDLY CONTINUE THE FULL COURSE OF TREATMENT
