Fluid in breast?

what could be another reason for my breast having fluid in them? Other then being pregnant. I noticed this last night, my breast was hurting and I kinda rubbed it, only to see a spot of yellowish something at the nipple. I'm so worried my tubes are tied, My periods are for the most part on time! Early sometimes! but i guess thats normal. Is there another reason for this? Please if anybody can help me out it would be great! Thanks
