Fluid retention? |
Okay its been about 2 month maybe a bit more now and I've been back and forth to the Dr's visits and even seen specialist and still have no answers.....I NEED SOME HELP! I've had a ekg, ecocardio gram, utlra sounds on my legs, check xrays, blood work and just the other day had a ct scan of my stomach. I have a great deal of fluid building up in my legs and other areas of my body.(my legs and feet are the worst) All that they have found is that the right side of my heart is enlarged. Ohhh yeah I was also tested for sleep apmea everything was normal so far even the blood work. I also have high cholesteral and have had it since i was 5 and have been on meds for it since then. The other person was right. Right sided heart failure is termed cor pulmonale. Here is a good website for you that has disease information, potential causes, treatments, prognosis, complications, etc. Feel free to email me if you have further questions, I'll try to answer them for you. Right Ventricular insufficiency can cause the edema you have. You should probably look under "Cor Pulmonale". I'll dig up some links for you and post them in the source's section below. It might have something to do with your kidneys. The kidneys act as the bodies filter system and if there is damage to them, swelling can occur because waste isn't being filtered and just builds up in your body. Ask the doctor to do an untrasound of your kidneys and to do a urinalysis and blood test to check your creatinine and BUN levels (these show how much your kidneys are filtering the waste). Have you seen a cardiologist? For your age, I dont think that an enlarged right side of the heart is normal. You might want a second opinion. Sounds like you need to talk with your doctor about referring you to a specialist. you should repair your immune system....it is not functioning properly...100% natural enzyme thereapy is the best in the market for whatever disease...it would supplement the enzyme that is lacking in your immune system to make it self sustaining...it already cured plenty of cancer, diabetic, lupus, kidney and heart problems and many other ailment including hiv...and simple problems as skin disorder...oversweating...sleeping disorders鈥ariety of allergies etc...if you are interested you may email me I may be of help...thanks |
