Fluid filled lung and wrong positioning of the heart?

hi my friend has pnumonia and found out a while ago that his right lung is full of fluid and doesnt work, and that his heart is in the worng place.... :(
will he be ok?

That much fluid in the lung can push the heart over, since the lung is expanded and taking up too much space.

Chances are, the treatments will be a pain in the butt, but he'll be okay. Docs are great at this kind of stuff, but he needs your encouragement to follow their instructions TO THE LETTER. They don't ask things to be done because they're being mean. They ask patients to do things based on years and years of professional protocol for the same conditions. I especially mean any respiratory (breathing) treatments they prescribe.

Wish him the best! I know he feels miserable.
