I looked up the "flu" online and it gives you a list of symptoms. It names that diarrhea and vomiting are usually only a side effect in children. Every time I get the flu, I am vomiting...my question is, Is the "flu" different from the "stomach flu" or is it the same thing and just affects certain people differently? Influenza is a serious disease.
