Flu season is coming: should I get a flu shot? |
Flu season is approaching and I want prepare myself for the worst. I have a history of bronchitis & walking pneumonia and I was thinking is it a good idea that I get a flu shot soon? I鈥檓 a bit nervous that I鈥檓 going to get bronchitis again and it鈥檚 very painful when you have bronchitis. And do anyone know鈥檚 when flu shots will be given? Its a good idea to get the flu vaccine if you have history of recurrent chest infection and/or other long term medical conditions, such as asthma or diabetes. 1. Yes it' is a clever idea. I have it every year because i'm Type 1 diabetic,and it's never stopped me from getting the flu or a cold! No, and DOUBLE NO! Yes get one.I have HIV so I always get one and I don't get the flu.I believe they start giving them in a few weeks. |
