2006 Flu Shot Side Effects? |
I got the flu shot on Thursday November 16th. For 3 days after the shot, I felt a little sick. Some fatigue, headache, muscle aches. It went away. One week to the day later, I started getting REALLY sick. Sore throat, swollen glands, fever, fatigue, headache, dizzy spells. After 2 days, sore throat went away and now on the 3rd and 4th day, I am severely sick only in the afternoon! This is the weirdest reaction to a flu shot ever for me! Could this even be flu shot related? A whole week after the shot?! I currently have a low grade fever, dizzy spells, headaches, body aches, fatigue... WOW. I had the same reaction. I was perfectly healthy last week, no sign of a sniffle and plenty of energy. Had the flu shot on Wednesday and by Thursday, felt like I had been hit by a dump truck. Heavy fatigue, sore joints and muscles, but the worst is that I started having terrible headaches that still plague me and won't respond to OTC painkillers. I rarely ever get headaches, even when I get a cold, so this is definitely not normal for me. Today is the 7th day since the shot: the headaches are still bad and unresponsive to medication, I have low grade fever, body aches, heavy fatigue and low morale. No, this is not from your flu shot. The flu shot is made from a killed virus, so it is not possible for it to make you sick. What you have now is probably something you caught before you even got the shot or right around the time you got the flu shot. Stay away from the flu shot. Google flu shot and alzheimers research. BTW, notice how they make you sign a waiver before giving you one? |
