After the flu, anyone else feel like this?

I just got over the flu, still a tad bit week, but I feel like superman.

I had all the flu's rotten symptoms for about a week. Fever, soar throat, chills, mucous, aches, headache, etc. It was horrible.

The last night before the fever broke, I awoke twice, drenched in sweat. It was after this time, I started feeliong GREAT, like my body was cleansed. During those days, coffee was out, I sipped soups and broths and drank fluids. Once things ended, my sinus was clear for the first time in years, my tongue was pink and clear, m skin was smooth ans silky, I started sleeping like a baby and my energy level was off the chart. I flet like a new person.

Anyone else have this affect after getting the flu?

In my opinion, catching the bug once a year is worth it. I felt like I did some sort of fast cleansing or something.

This can be a reaction. It is natural to really appreciate wellness after a period of disease. However viruses tend to stick around.

Have fun. But continue to get extra rest. Viruses can come back or simply hide then re-emerge. And the second coming is often brutal because the surviving virus is developing some resistance.

You better rethink that idea about getting sick once a year. Every virus is different. Indeed you may never get this particular virus again. Virus evolves rapidly. New strains emerge globally and are carried on the wings of the airlines.

Remember this. Of all the diseases, Aids, Measles, Dyphtheria, Typhoid, Mad Cow diseases, its is Influenza that actually kills the most people. Get your flu shot.

lol maybe all that medicine ur consuming.

It's a normal feeling.I hope!

The flu did not do that too you the healthy eating did that to you.
