What does it mean when you see a floater in one eye? |
I broke my nose about 2 months ago, its ok. But my right eye has a floater in it and the left side of my head on the top has a pain. It seems to be at the same time? What? Was this a fishing accident? I suggest you see an ophthamologist as soon as possible. He or she will examine your eyes and determine if your floater is a result from leaking or bleeding from damage to your retina which may have occured when you injured your nose. If this is the case you may be referred to a retinal specialist who can treat the leak with laser therapy. Sometimes it takes several treatments to effectively stop the bleeding but afterwards the floater should improve if not disappear. Please do not take this condition lightly and get it checked out...I wish you the best! |
