What kind of poop is healthy poop? a floater or a sinker?

What kind of poop is healthy poop? a floater or a sinker?

Ok, sinkers are the best. Floaters usually indicate to much fat in your diet. Green poop is normal. Stinky (more than usuall) can indicate a digestive problem, nothing serious, maybe a little bug. If your poop is hard, it means that you are not drinking enough water &/or not getting enough fiber. Dirreah can be caused from a meriad of things including: Illness, Irratable Bowel Syndrome, gallbladder problems, Acid Reflux, and lactose intolerance. Corn in poop is fine. Hot poop is normal (if you have eaten spicy foods recently). Blood in your poop is not good though. If you have that, call a doctor immediately.

Mm, interesting, never thought of that

that doctor on oprah said that you just don't want flat poop... that means your intestines are squishing it or something...lol..

Is that the best you can come up with? A floater just means it has air in it. Other than that it is the same as a sinker. No difference other than that.

I've never gotten this kind of question in the office before, or on the net. Neither is healthier than the other. As long as you don't have blood in your stool (poop), you're fine. It is actually the density of the substance of what you ate that makes it sink or float.

daily poop make you healthy whatever it may be

Well, I'm sure this question is a joke, but when your poop floats, it's a good sign that you're eating enough fiber, and that's a good thing!

Specific gravity is the reason for sinking or floating and that has to do with what you have been eating, not whether or not you're healthy.

FLOATER

any poop is a good poop- dont play favorites, that's cruel!
