I see floaters, but I also see swirly sperm looking squiggly things in my eyes as well.. what are those?

I've seen floaters ever since I was a little kid, usually noticed them when I looked at the sky. I am slightly nearsighted these days, my prescription isn't very high.. lower than a 1 and I know floaters are common in nearsighted poeple.
The past few years though I've been seeing millions of swirly things in my eye when I stop and think to look, and they sometimes look like little pixies are all around me, or glitter lol. I thought it might be from migraines but I've since ruled that out.
What are these, or what else could it be if not an eye problem?

well I found the answer on my own.

These are NOT floaters... they are white blood cells moving through your capillaries.

The entoptic phenomenon can be seen especially observed when looking at a bright blue sky. Small, rapid pin-point sparks of light can be seen darting about in the central vision. Some people may think that these sparks are floaters. In reality, they represent white blood cells moving through the blood capillaries of the retina. This is a normal finding, and actually may indicate normal retinal function.

My mom had the YAG laser and it removed her floaties.
