How soon do flea bites appear after being bitten?

My sister has a flea infestation in her house, and a few hours after going home to my place, I've now got several flea bites. Trouble is, I'm not sure if they're from her place or from my own cat. Could flea bites take hours to appear or is it more likely the fleas are in my own home?

if she has the infestation and you were there, you were Fair game for the fleas also.

for me they appear almost instantly. like right when the flea bites this little red bump comes up

Almost immediately.

they should appear instantly if you have more that 8 you should put cream twice a day untill they go away

I am pretty sure the next day or so. But if bitten show a doctor.
