HELP!!! My flea bites are SO ITCHY!!!? |
I went to & slept over at a friends house & now I'm covered in flea bites!!! I've been taking benidryl but It's still itchy & this is TORTURE!!! I want to scratch holes in myself!!! Is there anything I can do to feel better??? The benidryl helps but it isn't enough..... mine to, get some Citrozene-Dihydrochloride tablets and Hydrochortizone Cream from your doctor, clear em right up, and prevent them brilliantly, I have scars from were i used to get them it was so bad! soak in Grounded up garlic it works don't think about the flea bites. thats the best you can do. and cover your body with that pink lotion that you see kids covered in when they have the chicken pox. it'll dry up the bites and you won't itch as much. continue taking the benidryl too. Cortisol cream or another anti-itch lotion may provide temporary relief. Cover the bites with clear nail polish or new skin (sorta like nail polish) it sort of smothers them and stops the itching. scratch em.......hurry up, scratch em some more........ If they itch don't scratch them cause then they get worse. sufficate them...i did the same thing r u sure it was "fleas" that bit u? mmmmm................. Do not put any type of alcohol based products. Try Cortizone cream. OTC strenth. get a calamine lotion and rub that on your bites, it will help the itch. Take a bath as hot as you can stand with baking soda in it and soak, it will help. Calamine lotion on affected area, or mix part baking soda and part water into a paste, and apply it to the bites. You should put alcohol on it! Not the liquor kind, but the ones that doctors use. you could also put clear nail polish on it. I hope that works! When I lived in WA state I encountered these little insects. I had bites all over my legs (they were about dime size). Everything I tried from lotions to baths didn't work. I know this sounds drastic, but I was desperate. I took a really sharp knife and cut the top of the little weepy pockets off of each bite. They drained and scabbed over. The itching stopped immediately. I did wear pants till my legs healed up. Good luck! |
