I have flea bites on my arms and back. How do I treat these? |
We have a tomcat who even though he is declawed likes the outdoors. Fat Albert will not wear a flea collar & he sheds constantly. We've started the once a month flea medicine but I am getting all these bites on my shoulders, arms, back and legs. How do I treat them without going to a doctor since I'm diabetic and asthmatic? I plan on getting rid of FA and finding him a new home. In order to treat the problem, you need to solve the cause. Go to any grocery store, go to the laundry soap section, find a box of 20 Mule Team Borax laundry soap. Buy a box (one lb for each 1,000 sq feet of carpet) you need to get the cat some TopSpot. It works really well on my cats and dogs. wash your sheet, rugs and anything that your cat can jump on and sleep on. go through the house and spray something that kills fleas. make sure the spray is not harmful to your cat. Poor Fat Albert! Dont give him away!! Also, he will quit shedding when the weather gets cold. Mine do the same thing! |
