I have a problem need to no how to treat flea bites...?

the other day went round to see my friend at her nans, an her nan has a cat after id left i got lumps on my legs an now there red an itcy i think they must be flea bites, there's about 4 on my lower leg an there really irritating are they dangerous ?? and how can i treat them ??

You need to know how to spell also. Flea bites are not treatable as such, but the use of antihistamines damps down the reaction until they settle on their own.

Just cope with it you wimp. Savlon.

You'll live

Sounds like fleas, there is no danger they will just iritate for a while.
Vacuum your carpet daily as you have probably brought them home with you and they will hide in the carpet coming out periodically to feed.

put alchol on them.
daily.

Lanacane is the best cream to use to stop the itch. An anti-histamine such as Claritin (non-sedating) or Benadryl (sedating) wouldn't hurt to help with itching.

We had a cat; it got fleas during its last year of life; after cat being put to sleep, fleas still appeared for a few months around the house, but with no host upon which to feed or breed, they soon died out.

Moral - don't get a cat; don't visit your friend at her nan's until the cat's dead!

This is for Dr Frank!! I suggest you learn the difference between 'lose' and 'loose' before you start criticizing people's spelling!

buy an itch cream-this will sort it out i swear by having a tube of eurax in the medicine cupboard-it stops all itching for hours-dont bother with calamine lotion its just not strong enough-theyll go away eventually-cat fleas are real nasty
