What meds can i give my 3 month old son for infected flea bites?

I just recently got rid of 5 boxer puppies and had to flea bomb my house. puppies would lay by the baby now he has 7 bites. I hope they're flea bites anyway.

If he has no fever and is acting normal you just need to put Neosporin (or any other antibacterial cream) on the bites. They should heal in 2-3 days.
