I get bite by flea bites like crazy and i am really senisitive to them. They bother me so bad?

Ive fogged my house and problem went away. Used to use frontline and spotted because i didnt want to pay the money for it. I got these flea lights that attract the fleas and they work good. But i got three cats got a new cat in august and couple weeks ago i put stuff on them that i got from walmart though they still have fleas still. I have a flea lamp under my bed and there is more in there than the one in the living room. And i get bite alot in bed around the ankles and up my legs. They dont really bite my boyfriend that much and seem not to bother him when he finds a bite. Any advice please?????????

To get rid of fleas:
1st take your animals to the vet for a flea bath, you must do it at the vet, or the fleas from the carpet will jump right back on them. Leave them overnite if you can.
2nd cover your rugs/carpet and matresses with Ajax, leave it for a couple of hours (while your cats are at the vet), then vacuum thouroughly.
3rd wash all of your sheets
To prevent reinfestation, keep your cats inside.

Raid Flea Spray. Nuff said. Kills all of them in minutes and they are gone for good. You can get it at wal mart. And as far as the fleas on the cats - dawn dishwashing liquid, perfectly safe and works.

Im so sorry to say this but get rid of your cats. If you dont like the fleas and can't seem to get rid of them the out go the cats too.

your cats is one of the problems. cats & dogs= fleas.

i have just recenlty had a flea problem in my house since my cat got loose two weeks ago. I beleive I have an allergic reaction to flea bites because the ones around my ankles have become blisters. I am probably alot like you in that I have very sensitive skin when it comes to this kind of thing. I an using cortizone for the itching since it has 1% hydrocortizone cream, and that is all I am doing right now - do not want to go to the doctor - it is too much money for me. I believe you must break down and buy the frontline stuff - it works the best. Get a licensed pest controller out to your house that is certified to spray for fleas - he will most likely be there for at least an hour - do the frontline and the house spraying at the same time for effective removal.
