Does anyone know why i have dots that look like blood blisters or flea bites?

on my body there little with know itching. i know there not flea bite cause have had some of over a year. im almost 30 and was wondering if its hormone changes or something to be concerned about. please help thank you.

It sounds like they could be cherry angiomas, which are completely harmless. Your description is exactly what mine look like, and no itching as well. They are more common after age 40, but i started getting mine in my late 20's.

You should definitely run it past a doctor to be sure it's nothing more serious. At least keep an eye on them, if they change in size, shape, color, etc. those are some important warning signs that it may be something more serious.
