I have four HUGE mosquito/flea bites, i need itch relief!!? |
I dont know WHAT kind of bites they are, but theres FOUR of them on my 'pointer' toe all close together. If i start to itch it, they swell up and my toe looks huge & is SO itchy. What makes bites go away theyre driving me crazy! benadryl cream (or spray, but I find the cream works better) works wonders, and it doesn't hurt. If it's poison ivy or something like that use calamine lotion! benadryl spray it will burn when you first spray it but it won't burn as much if you haven't itched it in a while Cortizone 10 man Cortizone 10 It's really good, It has like, aloe Aveeno anti itch lotion with calamine, love that stuff, got us through 2 sets of chicken pox, one poison ivy, a couple thousand mosquito bites, and still counting! I can not believe it.... i just got over the same thing about two months ago. It started out as what I thought was maybe a mosquito bite i rubbed it because it itched so. After a couple days it swelled up, and turned purple and I thought I was going to lose the toe nail, it looked so bad. Then it cracked because of the pressure of the swelling. I live 80 miles from my Dr so I kept putting it off and didn't go. I was trying everything for about a month. then it kind of slowly got better. . I found out it was a spider bite, that bit me in the middle of the night, twice on my middle toe. But If I were to have it happen again I would go to the DR. I could not get rid of the itching or the sometime pain from it. Also it was a good 9 or 10 weeks before it got back to somewhat normal looking, but you can still see it is deformed some what.. My toe nail is just now growing out normal. I would not mess around with the bite if you are not sure of what it is. At least call your DR and see what he can tell you. And GOOD LUCK |
