What can I use for itchy flea bites?

My granddaughter scratches her itchy bites until they bleed.

put cortisone cream on them and put bandaids on the places she scratches. Try explaining the need to refrain from scratching too...

Try a hot bath

Topical anti-histamine or a bath with some oatmeal. (I'm assuming you are trying to control the flea exposure).
