How to reduce flatulence?


I need to know what foods cause flatulence and how much is too much to eat when you're trying not to do it. I go to a social camp where they serve you as much food as you can eat without getting sick. They feed us a lot of good food, but you also get issues with gas, and can somebody tell me a proper proportion and what foods i have tyo watch myself in eating?
I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat: meat, eggs, gelatinous products.

Certain foods no matter how much you eat will still give you flatulence. So if thats what you wanna avoid, don't eat beans, broccoli, spinach, or cabbage. Or go to your local drugstore or supermarket and buy some Beano - that'll help keep it under control.

Vegetarian diets produce more gas than omnivore diets. Cut down on the vegetables high in gas such as cabbage and beans.

Eat potatoes.

Rich foods, spicy foods can cause gas, certain vegetables as well (the cabbage family) but to be sure, you kind of need to remember what you ghave eaten in the last 24 hours & deuce which food is the culprit.

beans and bran flakes are really bad for that
