I got a problem with flatulence. How to cure this?

The other days I found I get flatulence if I eat to much, I already fix this with amilase, protease, etc.

But now I have sensitivity with Cold Air Conditioner in my room. I think I'm not to strong to fight the cold, that's why I get flatulence. And I easily get flatulence when inside the car which di Cold AC is turned on. Though I can't live without Cold AC, because I'm not used to hot weather too.

What can I do?

well i cant really help regarding the temperature or how this mechanism works in regard to your flatulence however you could buy over the counter charcoal tablets which absorb flatulence. they are available at health food shops and pharmacies. beware they turn your poop black.

NATURAL PRESCRIPTION FOR FLATULENCE

Avoid gas-promoting foods, including beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant, radishes, and onions.
When you cook beans, be sure to soak them for at least twelve hours in cold water. Discard the soaking water, rinse Carefully, and cook ' thoroughly until the beans are tender.
Sprinkle Beano on your first bite of a gas-promoting food. Beano is available at pharmacies.
Try activated charcoal tablets, available at health food stores, which absorb odors. Follow the directions on the package. Don't take them within two hours of any medication.
If you are lactose intolerant, use Lactaid, a product that helps digest the sugar in milk. Take one acidophilus tablet three times a day.
Avoid the following, which introduce excess air and gas into your system: smoking, chewing gum, drinking carbonated drinks, and drinking from water fountains.

Farting isn't a bad thing...

Charcoal biscuits are really effective for flatulence.
They absorb the gasses in your gut.

Air temperature does not affect digestion, so cancel that theory.

Flatulence is caused by swallowing air, often by consuming carbonated beverages, and by gases formed in the process of digestion. Certain foods--beans, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage--are known to form large amounts of gas.

Try a three-day experiment. Drink only still beverages--no bubbles. Eat as healthy as you know how, just for those three days, with 5 cups of fruit or vegetables per day, lean protein like fish or chicken, nothing fried, whole grains, enough dairly products, and all that good stuff. If you happen to eat gas-producing foods or a large amount of fiber, like a big salad, take Beano in the appropriate amount.

I'd be willing to bet you'll see substantial improvement.

Take a crap and get rid of the cause!!

GASOLVE RELIEF is a good natural remedy you can get it from health food stores or even try boots its even good for bleching you can try that if not have a word with your local pharamist they could advise you on something else that might help good luck hope you beat the wind

Eat charcoal tablets (from drugstores, very efficient, they turn gas into "solids"), avoid flatulence-inducing foods (ask your pharmacist or reasearch on internet), drink non-fizzy drinks (including beer, etc..), eat slowly, not in front of the tv so you're focusing on what you're doing, chew, and if you're up to it, why not try colonic irrigation? OR PUT UP WITH IT AND TRY TO BE DISCREET (I'm being cheeky here....)

You know............................AA fart is the cry of an imprisoned turd. Let the little guy out and the crying will cease!
