Serious question: how can i control my flatulence? |
i know certain foods are not good for flatulence and working off your food intake is also important, but is there anything I can take to help? You may have celiac sprue, lactose intolerance, or another error in metabolism that causes such gas.... it must suck to have that.....and soap and water doesn;t work, huh? ...yes ...I would probably say that your more gassy because your body's not quite used to the foods your eating though since its a pretty big change. Also chicken and fish cause a lot of flatulence. You... Your system is apparently hyperreactive to the fiber in broccoli, that's all. You should try to avoid it if you can and look for fiber in other food sources. ... |
