can anyone tell me how to get more built im 14 but dont want to use weights or a gym anyone have any things for me to do to help build my pecs biceps and 6 pack>??? please help do push ups increase the number of them that you do a little everyday.that will get your chest muscles in shape. do sit ups and crunches and increase the number you do every day.if you want to be adventurous do push ups on your knuckles The best thing to do for your age is to run. Not only will it allow you to keep on growing, but it is also a proven fact that it will work about 80% of your muscles. Depending on what you want will determine what to do or visversa.
