If you haven't worked with a physical therapists yet, you'll probably want to. You don't want to cause any further injury to your leg. Also, because of injuries, doesn't mean ... i was in the same boat, i couldnt jog at all, now i can do 6 miles i say start gradually on the treadmill increasing your speed, not by a great deal until you come to a slow jog.only if u feel c... LA fitness is great... great eviorment great equipment great people ...haha! how funny..yes, i do notice that when i work out at a gym, depending on what kind of scale they use, it's never the same.
