Hi, i was in the same boat, i couldnt jog at all, now i can do 6 miles You are running too fast. Go to a track, where you can start off jogging a lap or two and walking a lap. Go to a running site and download a running training schedule. On line running log: www.coolrunning.com. Good luck on your running. Start off on the treadmill with a fast walk then increase to a slow jog and so on start off with say 10 Min's and increase as your stamina builds I run for the borough and personally i think treadmills are useless, you can run at full pace for a ridiculous amount of time. Try going for a slow jog, but speed up when you're going up-hill, it will hurt but your stamina will increase a lot, and you'll find that you will be able to jog at a normal pace for a long time. |

Is this for real? Sounds like you guys aren't squared away! Better get your *hi* together! By the way why are you running this personal ad on ANSWERS? ...endurance ...I like the fitnessthought idea...maybe because so many people think about becoming fit long before they take action. There's a world of conflicting information out there, and many become lost ... LA fitness is great... great eviorment great equipment great people ...haha! how funny..yes, i do notice that when i work out at a gym, depending on what kind of scale they use, it's never the same. As long as YOU use the SAME scale to record your loss/gain it sh... This isn't so much of a question as it is a rant. Though it is good that you are getting the word out, on the other hand how many people in Manilla who are thinking of joining Fitness Fir... try swimming nonstop for 10 minutes x 5 x 2 days a week this will train your overall body muscle. sit-up is good but do it in medium soft surface, otherwise it will give bad impact on your back a... go to this site.. Its got everything you need. They even have small demonstrations of the exercises to help you do them just right. ... |
