LA Fitness Height Scales? Are they Different??? |
Okay, so i measured myself at home, marks from the door. haha! how funny..yes, i do notice that when i work out at a gym, depending on what kind of scale they use, it's never the same. As long as YOU use the SAME scale to record your loss/gain it shouldnt be an issue and just track it accordingly. but wow, 3 inches taller?? lol..you cant be wrong when it comes to an inch. how funny... How tall are you? As the day progresses we all shrink (the spine compresses) and then we stretch out while sleeping. Do you go to the gym in the morning? This could account for some difference. Although I doubt it will be as much as 3 inches, this seems very unusual. Most likely a problem with the measuring stick somewhere. |

This isn't so much of a question as it is a rant. Though it is good that you are getting the word out, on the other hand how many people in Manilla who are thinking of joining Fitness Fir... try swimming nonstop for 10 minutes x 5 x 2 days a week this will train your overall body muscle. sit-up is good but do it in medium soft surface, otherwise it will give bad impact on your back a... go to this site.. Its got everything you need. They even have small demonstrations of the exercises to help you do them just right. ... Eat healthy... simple, try eating smaller meals through out the day instead of one large meal at one time. Distributing your meals will help you keep your weight down because your body won't ... Either that or try your local YMCA. They have great facilities for a fraction of the cost. My Y recently got new interval machines, & the classes they offer are great. You can get your month... I have heard of Global Fitness but thats about as far as my knowledge goes. Could be good though, even with the life coaching part. Just looked at the website - check out that Tom Venuto guys arm... cottage cheese is an excellent source of whey seeing is that what the liquid is in it. also, tone down on the bananas, 2-3 is good. eats oranges, bring trail mix, and best of all, drink a Muscle Mi... Interesting...the running doesn't drain your upper arm strength sooo... Perhaps running increases blood flow and oxygen to your muscles, enabling your arm muscles to perform better? Just a gue... |
