Fitness????

Im 14 years old i used to be a bit fat and now im not.
I still have a bit fat on my stomach and on the sides on my waist... How to remove those?
I do:

day 1 : 40 mins jump rope, no muscle exercise
day 2: 20 mins jump rope, weight training
day 3 : 40 mins jump rope, no muscle exercise
day 4: 20 mins jump rope, weight training
day 5 : 40 mins jump rope, no muscle exercise
day 6: 20 mins jump rope, weight training
day 7: off

and it goess on ...
how long will it take and what else do i need to do to make my belly strong not flabby and to lose a bit fat on the sides of my waist???

try swimming nonstop for 10 minutes x 5 x 2 days a week
this will train your overall body muscle.
sit-up is good but do it in medium soft surface, otherwise it will give bad impact on your back and tail bone.
try yoga too for two hour a week to increase your flexibility and decrease your waist size.
Running too can train your abs.
just remember to have variation in training, so each body muscle grow in good portion.

eat less food,or eat lot of salad, stat doing sit up to firm your gut

Sounds like your on the right track, but you're not finished growing yet. You are going to have to wait until you are 16-17 years old before your body stops growing. You will probably see a huge difference then. I know lots of kids that thinned out when they reached this age.

Your doing great! Sounds like you have a good routine going.

Diet is the most important thing when wanting to loose fat on your stomach. Eat heaps of fresh raw veges and high quality protein sources. Keep going the way your are and you will get there.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia with Green Tea (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia with Green Tea sold at http://www.besthip.info/free-diet-pills.... is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 14 day sample (there is a $4.97 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

It's a mixture of eating & exercise that will shape you up. One week alone will not give you the results that you want. It can take weeks and even months to achieve an athletic-type body. Try joining some cardio-type sports like running, swimming, gymnastics, etc... These will have you constantly exercising and help you tone down to where you want to be. Hope that helps.

Sounds like all u're mainly doing cardiovascular exercises.
It would help to burn calories by increasing yr heartrate and using up energy.
But if u want to target specific parts of yr body, u'll need concentrate on exercises that work on the muscles on those part.
Most ppl have excess fat on the lower part of their abdomen due to the remoteness of our daily activities to work the muscles there, and i presume the 'bit fat on my stomach' means that area.
What i recommend are leg raises that commence with u lying down on a soft flat surface (if u have a work out bench, it'll be perfect), grasp a fixture with yr hands to lock yr upper body down, and proceed to raise yr feet toward yr face with u giving yr abs a squeeze at the end. Of course, the more u straighten yr legs, the more harder u're going to work those muscles.
Couple the exercise with situps and crunches, and it should be enough for a decent looking set of abs. :)
(4 sets of each exercise with each set done to muscle failure)
Needless to say abt your diet... u should know by now what to eat and in what moderation if u were fat once and now u're not.
One more thing u should know, the human body's metabolic rate(the rate at which our body burns fat/calories) is the highest in the mornings after a good nights sleep.
so the most effective time to burn calories would be then.
getting up 15 mins before yr usual time to squeeze some abs would be good.
Rest is also important, our metabolic rate would decrease from lack of rest due to the body's natural defences to conserve energy.
Hope all this info helps but for someone as young as u, u should not overstress yrself abt looking good. Do all in moderation.
Enjoy yr time!
