im 13 and weigh 107. i just wanna tone my abs.to drop a few lbs would be nice,but how many situps each day, and what should i eat? any good ideas would be appreciated!!! :) thanx!! Eat healthy... simple, try eating smaller meals through out the day instead of one large meal at one time. Distributing your meals will help you keep your weight down because your body won't store as much fat. |

Either that or try your local YMCA. They have great facilities for a fraction of the cost. My Y recently got new interval machines, & the classes they offer are great. You can get your month... I have heard of Global Fitness but thats about as far as my knowledge goes. Could be good though, even with the life coaching part. Just looked at the website - check out that Tom Venuto guys arm... cottage cheese is an excellent source of whey seeing is that what the liquid is in it. also, tone down on the bananas, 2-3 is good. eats oranges, bring trail mix, and best of all, drink a Muscle Mi... Interesting...the running doesn't drain your upper arm strength sooo... Perhaps running increases blood flow and oxygen to your muscles, enabling your arm muscles to perform better? Just a gue... Damn! is that place run like a communist country or what?! and you said you have to paid for using their facilities?!?! hell no! Shop around other non-chain gyms., if you have a friend who's ... No, some people start at 40 years of age... But I will tell you this, there are people out there who are trainers, and never lifted a weight in their life, or ran on a treadmill!!! Personal trainin...
