Fitness???


im 13 and weigh 107. i just wanna tone my abs.to drop a few lbs would be nice,but how many situps each day, and what should i eat? any good ideas would be appreciated!!! :) thanx!!

Eat healthy... simple, try eating smaller meals through out the day instead of one large meal at one time. Distributing your meals will help you keep your weight down because your body won't store as much fat.

Run, don't just do sit ups... you run to keep the fat on your body down... if you do push ups and no cardio, the muscles will grow under a layer of fat... so run and do cardio to help you tone.


With sit ups, I'd do some in the morning, some in the middle of the day and some at night... Don't just do sit ups though, everything helps really.
