Fitness and Weight gain?

Hello,

I am Shaumil, male 26 India. I have recently started going to a gym and I have some

questions on fitness and weight gain. I weigh 55 Kgs or 121 pounds. My height is 5'8 or 172 cms. Before this I have never exercised before and I used to take diet at any time and eat anything. I have hardly eaten any fruits in my life. I have now started eating 4-5 bananas a day and take regular means. I have coconut water and bread and cheese too. I want to know what exercises I should be doing in order to build muscle strenght and gain some weight. I am a pure veg. My gym trainer told me that i should take Whey protein or Serious Mass. What do you suggest should I take ?

cottage cheese is an excellent source of whey seeing is that what the liquid is in it. also, tone down on the bananas, 2-3 is good. eats oranges, bring trail mix, and best of all, drink a Muscle Milk supplement before workouts. when you finish work outs, take some Omega-3 Fatty-acids capsules. it is the most important oil your body needs, because it keeps your heart running. some good workouts are the basic ones, like push ups, bench press, squats, and curls. throw in some power cleans and dead lifts for lower back and you will build muscle like no tomorrow. if you want to get technical, i suggest going to www.stack.com and subscribing. its magazine is full of different workouts that build muscle and it tells you how to do it safely so you wont hurt yourself. it even includes proper nutrition and supplements you can take.
