Fitness plans?


i am want to carry out a fitness regime in my home, i have no fitness equipment other than some fitness dvds but i feel if i had other things to do other than fitness dvd. Only within the house! I would be really grateful if someone could tell me a plan i could carry out?

Not exactly in your house, but cheap to do - I lost quite a lot of weight by going running 3 times a week, tough at first but good once you get in to it

Could you buy an exercise bike that you can put in the house?

Well a good fitness plan is to do some exercise when you wake up to get your metabolism working and some in the evening after your evening meal had gone down. You can use the fitness DVDs and maybe buy an exercise bike. I did this week and its great they are quite cheap now, you can buy them for about 拢30, so pretty good value. So maybe do 30 minutes of the fitness DVD and then 15-20 minutes on the exercise bike and then you can incorporate some sit ups and pressups to work your tummy and arm muscles, but don't do to many!
