Book on AEROBIC FITNESS?


Looking for a recommendation for a WELL WRITTEN fitness book with everything important related to aerobic fitness.
1) All fitness and intensity levels.
2) Theory related to how to use a hearth rate monitor (including logging to PC)
3) Weight loss and health issues.

(Covergage of different forms is not important)

Wouldnt really have approved this answer. According to reviews they seem to be dry books for people reading for exams. Also they are orinted towrds competitive sports. Report It

Have you read Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle? Its an ebook. I have used it, its pretty good but its long. It talks about using a heart rate monitor but I dont think there is anything about logging it to your pc.

Pretty much everything else is covered though including what body types and energy levels are needed. It helps you figure out your target bpm and all that. I left a source for you below if that sounds like what you are looking for.
