Looking for a recommendation for a WELL WRITTEN fitness book with everything important related to aerobic fitness. Reaburn, P., & Jenkins, D. (1996) Training for speed and endurance. Allen & Unwin Wouldnt really have approved this answer. According to reviews they seem to be dry books for people reading for exams. Also they are orinted towrds competitive sports. Report It Have you read Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle? Its an ebook. I have used it, its pretty good but its long. It talks about using a heart rate monitor but I dont think there is anything about logging it to your pc. |
