When working out, try invisualizing yourself losing weight...it makes a big difference believe it or not...

i cut back 500 calories each day and I also make sure I burn another 500 calories working out doing turbojam, taebo, elliptical machine and treadmill.
My calorie in take is no more then 1200 calories each day
