Fitness DVD for guys?


im a guy, i feel i need to tone up and loose some weight
i feel so fattt!!
im registered with a gym, but most of the time i dont go, money wasted
i think i need a fitness dvd, any1 know any good ones for guys

First of all, look up a height and weight chart to find out whether you are overweight, or just FEEL overweight.

Second, if you are overweight, start counting your calories. If you eat slightly less than your body needs to stay alive and do any exercise you participate in, then it'll burn fat to make up the difference.
