Eat smaller meals 5x a day and drinka lot of water Have a whole foods diet.Salt and perservatives deplete your body of energy.Make sure you are getting proper amount of fiber for your weight.when you first start do cardio it will get your blood circulating then go into more strenous activity.Your didnt get this way in a day! |
