Regaining fitness?


in scale of 10 I give myself 1 out of 10 in fitness.
last time I did make a real activity was about 8 months, and I felt very very tiered and exhausted that I couldn't breath.

I'm 28 years old and I'm very worried about my health
every now and then I tell my self I should regain my fitness and start playing soccer again, but the only thing keeping me is the hard way to have the full sport shape.
I have no time for going to a gym because I have busy schedule
many confusion of how to regain my body fitness again.

by the way I'm 55kg and 175cm, not fat that's right, but I feel very very tired when I make sports.

Eat smaller meals 5x a day and drinka lot of water Have a whole foods diet.Salt and perservatives deplete your body of energy.Make sure you are getting proper amount of fiber for your weight.when you first start do cardio it will get your blood circulating then go into more strenous activity.Your didnt get this way in a day!
