Celebrity fitness 1 utama vs clark hatch mont kiara vs true fitness hartamas??


im not profesional.i need to go to gym too loose weight not for body building. i mean a lot weight. also i need to build up some muscle. im now on trial with celebrity fitness. i like it there.. the equipment, its spacious, many classes.but its to expensive + the location is not convenient to me and the staff kind of giving me presure to sign up(which makes me feel uncomfortable). clark hatch is cheaper but less classes.its nearer to my house.also i prefer a socialize environment where we get to know ppl.not just working out(its boring).i dont know much about true fitness.or any other gym you like to recommend.Pls help me..

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will give u better satisfaction from the food that u take. It will further activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
