I got all A'a on my physical fitness test last year. This year I dropped badly.=( Mile run: from a 7:55 to a 8:36. I had a cold when i ran it, but i paced. I thought i would have done better. I need advice on how to do better. Also I will have to do sit ups and push ups. I know, just practice, but how do i set aside time so that I can train myself? I am a very busy person.
