P90X fitness system. Has anyone tried it? Get back to me please.?

My husband and myself just got the P90X fitness system. Were going to be starting it soon and I am just curious if any of you have tried it. Have any suggestions to go along with it.

The workout part is going to be fantabulous for me. What I am worried about is the dieting part. There is alot of seafood in the diet and as most of you know I don't eat nor like seafood. I'm going to give the seafood a try because I know how healthy it actually is for you. But what I am wondering is are there any tricks to getting this horrific food down? AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! They include recipes in the book that comes with it thay sounds okay but you're only allowed so many tbsp of sauce and stuff. So needless to say i'm just a little nervous i'm going to fail the dieting part just because I hate seafood.

Anybody have any suggestions or help
ASH

Thanks for your input. Well its alot of cardio so it will still be good for me.. Its definately more then i am doing now.

Hey ASH,

Good job on purchasing the P90X system...you will be so happy at the end of 90 days that you will continue to do this workout program throughout your days. I completed this workout back in December and have continued to do P90X and another supplement set of DVD's called P90X+. All I can say, is this system is the biggest life changing event next to having my son! This has done wonders for me and my health and has raised the bar on my level of fitness and nutritional awareness.

You don't have to worry about dieting and eating seafood...that guide gives you choices. The choice I made was the portion approach. I can send you ideas for supplementing meals so that you are not just eating bad crap...LOL! I will not eat nasty food, so I venture out in the kitchen and am creative. You will have to learn how to do that part. You will get through it though. It is tough to learn something new, but you will get used to it. I can give you pointers along the way and coach you and your husband through your first 90 days and witness your transformation.

Come by and visit my blog and get some info and you can also e-mail me from there as well. I look forward to hearing from you.

Take care,
Derek

lol wow when i've seen the commerical i could'nt stop laughing the u can achieve a body like that in 90 days bunch of bs, notice that when they show the people that dont loose to much weight and gain no muscle the suck in their belly for the picture of before and after. crap i say just eat right and work out alot.

You can do this at ANY level, the key is do at your own pace and gradually get faster and stronger and more flexible.

This program does work. Not only does it work but it is super difficult to even complete each exercise. I found this review that has lots of feedback from current p90x users thats great to help you out.

And Yes...You will get muscle definition. Read this review and the user comments:
