I have joined a gym, signed up to a t-bow class and want to remodel myself. 7 lbs generally equates to losing a dress size, so just change this into kilos. well, 1kg is 2.2 lbs so work it out from that detox diet is the best diet to loose weight at home without exercising.....it helps u to lose 5 lbs appox in 2 weeks time by just changing ur eating habbits.. Exercising will turn un wanted fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so it is not easy to say how much to lose especially as you want to lose it in specific areas. I would say aim to lose no more than 1/2 to 3/4 kilo per week and target the areas you want to lose it in. Good luck |
