Do I have a fistula?

It looks almost like a second anus but smaller and it doesnt lead anywhere. It is right above my anus. It does not hurt or pus or do anything. If it is a fistula can I just leave it because it doesn't bother me?

NO, go and see a doctor. I had an anal-fistulictomy (spelling is probably wrong) 2 years ago. Realize that if that gets infected that you will be spending some quality time in the hospital instead of a outpatient situation. It's weird that it isn't leaking and blood or fluid though. My cousin also had one and it blew up internally, he was in the hospital for a week. The surgery really dose suck though and clear your schedule for about 2 weeks of recovery at home. Good luck.
