What is the treatment of Anal Fistula.?

I am suffering form the diesease Anal fistula. It is a small swelling near the anus draing less pus( white fulid) .But it is not painful .I am taking Homeopatihic treatment from last one month. doctors says that it requires more time to cure.
Advice me anybady already suffered from this diease or any experience for further treatment.

Surgical closure of the fistula is the definitive management.

.. ew.... ask your doctor!

Once it is there the only thing is operation

Usually antibiotics will cure it, but you can use a seton to open the fistula and release the pus inside.

Fistula is a tear or opening in the wall of the bowel forced
by Nature in her effort to rid the system of accumulated
pus. Operations for fistula are extremely painful and
simply mean that the unhealthy flesh around the edge of
the opening is cut away until healthy flesh is reached, then
this stretched over the gap, as it were and stitched
together. This, however, has done nothing towards
supplying the deficiency of Calcium Sulphate
(Calc. Sulph.) which was the real cause of the fistula and
that is the reason why fistulas are apt to recur in people
who have once been operated on. Nature just forms
another opening higher up in the bowel to try and
continue her work of elimination. I would suggest you
stick with your homeopathy doctor but ask him to add tissue
remedy of Calc. Sulph plus Silicea both combined for
treating fistula. We all human beings have big EGOS and
unless your doctor is broad minded he may not like to
be suggested so use tact while talking to doctor. If need be
give this whole explanation separately to the doctor and
see if he agrees. Meantime do try to incorporate freshly
washed salads and fruits in your diet. Try to be 80% on
raw food and take it easy on hot, spicy, junk if you want
faster relief and please include 3 km. walk in your exercise
regime to further boost your body's defence. Good luck.

Surgery is the typical treatment. Homeopathics might help with keeping infection at bay, but you will need to have it repaired - and I'd suggest doing that before it gets worse.

1. surgery.
2. There some ayurvedic doctors who do thread treatment in which they insert medicated thread into the pistula and change the thread every 3 to 4 days till the pistula heals. Very painful.
3. Homoeopathy has got guaranteed cure for pistula. Silicia is the name of the common remedy for pistula. If your pistula is not very serious, continue with homoeopathy. You will get cured.

operation is the only treatment. ask your doctor about it. the earlier you have it operated on, the better.

Dear friend,
Been there, Done that..... !!!
if homeopathy with lots of unrealistic dietary restrictions is helping u, go for it.
Else go to a good surgeon and get rid of it once & forever.

the only treatment is surgery to drain the pus and close the fistula
