Will fistula in ano without surgery without operation leads to serious problems?

have been operated for total 4 times for abscess(thigh to ankle) and Perianal abscess(3 times). I took injection from unqualified doctor.
Now i am ok,except small external hole near my Perianal, which is not closed, pus discharge is there.Scanning report says its complex fistual track(there are 3 fistuals). Doctors saying that operation is quite complex, it may lead incontinence.
I have decided not to go for surgery because i dont want to harm much to that region.
Will fistual plug/fibrin glue treatment heals this?
Will Homeopathy medicine heals this?
Keeping this fistual leads to serious problem?
Kindly help me.I suffered lot,and spent lots of money to save my life, thaks to doctors for saving my life.
If anybody is interested i will provide my medical records.
Thanks and Regards

You can try the homeopathic medicine Phosphoric Acid 30 a few pills three times daily. Take it for at least 15 days regularly and observe your condition. If it helps then continue and let me also know. There are generally no side effects of Phosphoric Acid 30 taken for a few months.

In your condition, please, please do not go for any surgery.
There are two solutions. (1) Go for homeopathy treatment. Silicia is the name of the remedy. But, it is better if a good homeopath studies your body constitution and then gives medicine. There is guaranteed cure in homeopathy for pistula. (2) There are some local vaidyas treating the pistula. They insert medicated thread inside the cavity and change the trhead with new one every week. It is bit painful but the cure is guaranteed. Where are you located?
