is it actually a tract from rectum or intestine to outside other than anus? It is an abnormal passage from an abcess or hollow organ to the surface of the body or from one hollow organ to another permitting the passage of fluid or secretions. Yes my husband has one, he is a truck driver. They are very uncomfortable, and may have to be opened. They take a long time to heal. yes it is. its common with crohns disease. |
